For FY2079–2080, Global IME Bank proposes a 9% dividend; how much will be paid out in bonus shares and cash?

For the fiscal year 2079–2080, Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has suggested a dividend of 9%.

The board of directors decided to distribute the Rs. 35.77 Arba dividend on the paid-up capital at its 429th meeting, which took place on Kartik 19. Proposed are 1% bonus shares and an 8% cash dividend (tax included).

Only after receiving approval from the central bank and the company's upcoming AGM will the dividend be disbursed. GBIME has an LTP of Rs. 206 as of this writing.
