Nepal Hydro Developer Proposes 7.37% Dividend for Fiscal Year 2079/80; Calls Annual General Meeting on Poush 12

For fiscal year 2079/80, Nepal Hydro Developer Limited (NHDL) has proposed a dividend of 7.37%. The company has also scheduled its 17th Annual General Meeting for February 12, 2080.

On Mangsir 15, the 82nd board of directors decided to distribute 7% bonus shares and 0.37% cash dividend (tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 2,35,14,855 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 12,27,623.95, based on the company's paid-up capital of Rs. 33.59 crores.

The proposed dividend and AGM book closure date is Mangsir 25th, 2080. As a result, shareholders who held their shares until the 24th of Mangsir are eligible for dividend payments and can attend the AGM.
