10% Dividend Proposed by Miteri Development Bank for FY 2079–2080

A 10% dividend has been proposed by Miteri Development Bank Limited (MDB) for the fiscal year 2079–2080.

The dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.01 Arba was decided upon at the 234th meeting of the board of directors, which took place on Kartik 22. Proposed are 9.5% bonus shares and a 0.5% cash dividend (for tax purposes).

Only after receiving approval from the central bank and the company's upcoming AGM will the dividend be disbursed.

MDB has an LTP of Rs. 392.30 as of this writing.
